Return & Refund Policy

At RAOJ Unityarc Foundation, we take the utmost care to ensure that donations are processed as per the instructions provided by our donors, whether made online or offline. However, in the unlikely event of a mistaken donation, we are committed to addressing the donor’s concerns promptly.
Refund Process:
Request for Refund:
Donors must submit a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the donation. The request should include:- Proof of the deduction of the donation amount.
- Details of the transaction, such as the date, amount, and mode of payment.
Return of Donation Receipt:
- If a donation receipt has already been issued, the donor must return the original receipt to our office address.
- If a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the refund.
Error on Our Part:
In case of a valid refund request due to an error on our part, we will refund the donation and bear any associated costs.
Refund Timeline:
- Once a valid refund request is received, we will process and respond to the request within 7 working days.
- The refund timeline will depend on the type of payment method or banking instrument used during the transaction.
Important Note:
- Refund requests made after 2 days of the donation will not be entertained.
- RAOJ Unityarc Foundation reserves the right to review each refund request and process refunds at its discretion, as per the policy outlined above.
